Cibele's STORY

Cibele grew up in Brazil, where she built a career as a lawyer and business owner before her life eventually led her to the United States. She became a first-generation American citizen six years into her time in this country — a milestone that came after the kind of patient, determined commitment that defines everything she does.

She has lived across the world and walked into rooms that made her feel something — and rooms that fell short. That experience gave her a precise eye for what genuine care looks like, and what indifference looks like in its place.

Before founding Peaky Belle, Cibele served as an executive chef at prestigious resort properties along southern Florida’s coast. The kitchen taught her what property care couldn’t be learned any other way: that standards aren’t aspirational — they’re operational. That consistency isn’t a preference — it’s the only option. That the moment a guest arrives is either a success or a failure, and there are no second chances to make it right.

She also ran a successful cleaning company in another region before relocating to the Treasure Coast — which means Peaky Belle isn’t a new idea. It’s a refined one.
